Does anyone know which thread the Zetec has for the oil pressure sender?

Both holes are 1/4 bsp (1/4nptf)

Are you sure about that? It looks bigger. (haven't been able to extract it out of the block, but I need to know which T-piece I need to order to plug in the warning switch as well as a VDO pressure sender)

Definitely - ordered 2 x 1/4BSp - 1/8npt adapters for the job. Still got one on the shelf.
