Hi Darren, i could,nt get your email to work so here goes. the cam was used by birkin cars before they went over to ztec it gives maximum lift without divoting the pistons to give 10-15 more bhp. the sump i purchased from birkin old stock, it sits at the same level as the lower edge of the bell housing and extends the full length of the engine, which is 50mm below the underside of the bottom rails. the oil pickup pipe has to be shortened accordingly. i should mention that it is just a standard xflow sump chopped and modified, cheers davef durban SA.

I forsee the sump giving me serious hassles in the near future! Looks like I'll have to chop and modify her a bit, got some pictures lying around of how to do it, I'll try dig them out!
