Hi numpty question of the day how do you remove the clutch thrust bearing from the clutch arm i would guess its easy just cant do it and dont want to break anything thanks in anticipation of the correct answer

i had this problem to. i resorted to force and broke it. the annoying thing is it just twists out with little or no force at all. just manipulate it and it will just pop out.
