I'm half way putting a zetec in and came across something that is concerning me, I am using a raceline water rail and I don't know where everything goes regarding the cooling sensors. There should be (correct me if I'm wrong) fan switch, water temp sensor to ecu, water temp sensor to guage, and an outlet for the heater, where does it all go?

Also is the prefered alternator the one from the micra?

Any info would be a great help.

The fan switch goes in the thermostat housing. The heater outlet if you want one comes from an elbow halfway down the rail. There are two points in the back of the rail for the water temp guage ect.

How deeps your pockets and how handy are you at fabricating?

I made a nice alternator setup with a Renault 5 alternator and arm.
