For logging purposes I need to know what type of ECU these engines use. Any ideas?

The Blackbird Injection ECU is Honda's own system.

They call it PGM-FI. The system operates both the fuel injection and the ignition systems.

I believe that it is also fitted to a number of Honda engines.
