Hi, Just wanted to know if ppl thought it might be a realistic expectation to get 100 bhp from my 1600 Pinto? Before anyone suggests Zetec I've got this engine and its already had most stuff done to it eg: ported, gas flowed, kent cam, bike carbs, megajolt etc etc. Obviously it needs a proper RR session but is it a realistic figure to be able to coax out of the old girl considering it was only 75 as standard?? Oh the engine was built proffessionaly for race use by a firm and came fully reconditioned as is from Tiger so basically brand new pistons the lot.....Cheers Oli.

I lighten the fly wheel, change camshaft, portet the head, did some polishing, el.pump and 4 suzuki GSXR750 carbs on 1300 Fiat Uno engine from 1992 and show 90hp on wheel , mesured on Dyno and 5y later I tested it with G-Tech and it was 92hp on wheel ... so it is something like 105-110 on flywheel
