I HAVE A 2.0 zetec from a 1999v mondeo, is this the same as the american 2.0 zetec black top from there 2000 model focus?!?!?

...and the reason for this is £2k acriss here for throttle boddies only about £1200 accross there and also only £3k for full turbo kit!
