Can somebody tell me quickly what gearbox oil I need for a pug 205 1.4 1992

need to get some in for this evening and the book is at home!!

Rover use the 205 box in the 214/25 Rover spec oil was
MTF or
Castrol EPX or

75w or 80w grade non ep gear oil
