GOOD OR BAD BUY?

i got these 2005 K5 GSXR740 TB's for £75 and the seller also has a mega squirt for £200 which she will send away with this item,

my question is, is it a good price? is there any thing else ill need? wiring loom etc

Seems expensive, ive seen people selling built ones that look very similar to the one in the picture for £125.

You will also need the right ford coil pack, crank sensor and the EDIS 4 module, they can be had from your scrappy for £15 together.

If you're unsure of anything to do with it, I'd skip it and buy directly from a trusted source.

For simplest wiring, my advice would be to buy a prebuilt v3 board with extra VB921 ignition driver.

the scrap man no what a EDIS 4 MODULE is cause i dont! im guessing he knows what a crank sensor is, and which coil pack do i need!

If you go for a V3 with extra VB921, then you don't need the EDIS module...

Use the zetec coil pack, and the standard crank sensor - you should have got those with your engine....

Got the coil pack, what does the crank sensor look like??

and what does the EDIS4 do and where is origionally from?
