Does any one know if a set of RANGE ROVER V8 MANIFOLDS TAKEN OFF A 4.6 would fit on a 3.5 RV8 block?

I'd put money on it - I went from a SDI 3.5 to a new 4.6 block on my mx5 with no fitting issues

Yes they will.

4.6 had a bigger engine bay so a little more room around the starter motor.
