engine not starting

Hi,
Is there anyone with some experience with the installatione of an Alpha Weber kit (K40016)?
I've installed it today on a Ford Zetec Black Top, but it wouldn't start, there's no ignition.
Is there' someone who knows how to check this system to find out what I've done wrong.
Is there someone familiar with the warning lamps, there're two warning lamps, when I put the ignition on, one is on, the other starts flashing from one time, two times, tree times, until 13 times then it stays on.
Don't know what else to do...

regards JP

Define "no ignition"

Does it turn over?
Any sparks at the plugs?
Fuel pump coming on?
Injectors firing? (wet plugs)

If you've got fuel and sparks then it may be timing related, ie. not sparking at the right time. So check crank sensor (or whatever it uses for a trigger).

Given thats its not a cheap system, I'd get on to the supplier and ask them to help diagnose.

The engine turns over without problem, but I can't get a spark at the spark plug;
I've also changed the crank position sensor without any luck.
Does anone knows what voltages I must measure at the different sensors?
The problemis I live in Belgium and the kit is from the UK.

Don't know if this helps?

"The big one to watch out for that I missed is the Crank Angle Sensor which is fixed to an alloy housing which is bolted to the rear of the block. Because I used a Mondeo Automatic the sensor is fixed at a larger diameter than the sensor holes in the 1.6 flywheel I used. I didn’t realise this until I came to start the engine and had no spark or fuel. The solution was to change this alloy housing to correctly re-position the sensor. The bad news was that I had to remove the gearbox again to change this!!!!! "
