Burtons list 2 different sets one is £63.00 and the other £85.00. Try your local engine reconditioneers ?

I paid £50 for a set of Transit van 2.0ltr rings years ago so £65 now is about right,

There are 2 types of ring fitted to the pinto. You need to measure the upper compression ring thickness so you can get the right set. The later engines generally need the more expensive set IIRC.

I paid about £55 for my set, but that was at trade price. List was about £80 IIRC, thats AE rings as listed in burtons catalogue.

Cheers,
David

Thanks all, The comments were v.useful. Just got THIS on the Bay of E. They should be worth a punt for what I got them for. Hopefully a bargain.
Thanks again.
