Zetec Flywheel Fitting (ST170 engine Phase 3 Zetec)

Going to fit a flywheel to my Zetec over the weekend. When I got my engine it didn't have a flywheel. Bearing in mind I am going to use flywheel sensor for the timing will the flywheel bolt holes only allow the flywheel to fit in one position or do I need to set TDC etc.

It will only bolt on in one position as the holes are offset.
