ive just finished messing in the shed i got a wastegate today off the scrapyard. it was off an audi its an external one i was looking at ways to make it adjustable so i cant fit it to the saab 2.3 ive got. and it was easyer then i thought.







all you have to do is drill the top and a washer pops out and its already got a allen bolt to adjust it



thought i would post this as its a cheap upgrade for a wastegate for max boost

Do you mean it was a factory fit on the Audi? if so which one cus that type of wastegate isn't cheap.

the guy at the scrapyard charged me £5 for it so i couldnt get it any cheaper.

autobits clakes lane willenhall westmidlands. ill have to find the number out. i go there every weekend just to look around i had a dumpvalve and s**t bleed valve for £5 they deal with scrap steel mostly so i think thats why the car parts are cheap but they have about 100 cars and crush about 250 a week.and they do get lpg kits now and again

if you see somthing there you have to be quick to buy it or they crush. i had the back end off a 4x4 went back 2 days later and they had flated it. but there another
4x4 on there thats complete if you need somthing let me no and ill keep an eye out for it. and i could let you no the price.

oh and they just let you look around all day long and take what you want unlike some yards by me
