I originally cobbled together the manifold for my Pinto using an old 4-2-1 manifold and some stainless off cuts. Some of the welds were decidedly agricultural, and I eventually had one made out of stainless, by Andy Woods who is based in Shoreham. I'm very pleased with the result, and would post a picture but the last time I did that it was too large and took up most of the page!!
