Anyone know if the cvh sump will fit the phase 3 Zetec? I'm doubting it but just in case......

I am told the phase1 sump will fit the phase 3 enginge. And the Sierra cvh sump fits the phase 1engine so I would say you stand a good chance

Why bother? - the bit of the phase 3 sump you want to modify is pressed steel so can be easily modified at home with a MIG...

Yep that bits tin, but the bit where the starter goes is ally, and I daren't remove any more, but still can't get the starter in, on the hunt for a thin vs266 starter.
