Wanted: 7 style kit car for road & track

Looking for a 7 style kit car for road and track.
CEC or BEC. On top of ma list are a Sylva/Raw Striker and an early Westfield.
But I am considering other makes as well.

Due to our registration regulations the car must be first reg 92 or earlier.

I am from germany (near frankfurt).
A Dutton may not fulfil all my requirements
