What Throttle Cable?

What throttle cable do folks use / suggest? I'm looking for something suitable for a Fury and hooking up to Jenvey TBs.

I'm sure I heard someone say you can use a push bike brake cable for a locost option - which would certainly be easy to fit and to adjust.

I do have an old Sierra cable kicking around the garage but the ends of this are not really suitable and I'm not sure how you'd adjust it - I also notice that one end has a spring on it and wonder whether you really need this.

Any comments.

I got a cable kit from Mac#1 when fitting bike carbs. Worked a treat. They may be able to tailor make a kit too.

I've got Jenveys. Go to a decent bike shop and they will sort you out. Cable by the meter and either solder or screw nipples. This is the locost option, but also the best! The decent cables have gone all high tech with nylon liners and are super slippery. I always used to shy away from solder fittings but as long as the cable is nice and clean they are the better option.
