Compression Testing
Hi All,
Normally compression testing is done while cranking. Is there a guide as to what percentage you would get turning over an engine by hand?
Thanks,
Steve

Only test you can if you can't crank the engines is a cylinder leakdown test -- really good thing to do on high performance engine to monitor
the engines condition.
Leak down tester cost about 60 pounds upward but it is easy to make your own
