where to buy a cat

Hi, seems no one has a loan cat to lend me for sva where can i get one relatively cheap and what cpsi do i need 100 or 200?
seen merlin at £200 ish but for sva only got to say thats alot so some cheaper alternatives would be great.

It does sound a bargain but would prefer a better reputation as i need it quick and to work.
