Bike carb jetting AFR

HI, got my AFR working now and been out for a run today seeing as it was scorchio...

1. Idle runs at 16, bit weak.
2. 30~35 runs around the 13.5 mark
3. Cruising @ 70 it drops down to 11
4. Accelerating up to WOT it runs at 14, spot on I reckon.

Now then the midrange cruising between 35 and 80 is running too rich. Do I adjust the needle position to improve this?

Any advise on any of the above points please peeps.

Ta,
Steve

Moving the clip up higher will weaken the mixture yes - basically it drops the needle lower and so increases the restriction (reducing fuel flow)
