Kent BCF2 Cam with adjustable sprocket
new oil and water pump
alloy rocker cover
all gaskets and oil seals have been replaced. and all engine cleaned up and painted blue.

The short answer wouuld appear to be no.
I recently bought a 1300 X-flow, fully re-built, off ebay for £149.99, because it was cheaper than re-building my own bottom end.
