I keep getting these codes any suggestions

I'd say the fuel trim is probably caused by a dodgy AFM, pretty common.

Pressure drop is probably a cracked or split pipe, usually around the diverter valve area or to the left of the fuel rail area. A couple of pipes get very hot there and end up splitting. Do you get a smell of oil in the car at all as this is another sign.
