How to align electric reverse??
Is there any way to ''engage'' a starter motor without it spinning so that I can align it with the ring gear??

Depends what type it is.
Put the pinion or bendix in the "Start" position and then use blu-tac or plasticine, tape or anything else you can find to hold it there.
Or if it has a solenoid, put 12v to the solenoid but not the starter.
