Hi,
Continuous flow goes through the heater then to the small inlet in the plastic thermostat. Large inlet on the thermostat is the rad and the metal inlet into the block near the thermostat is the rad bypass.

Hope that helps

So the pipe that goes from the pump with a t in it from the header tank to what I assume is the heater as it goes into the cabin, and then the return hose from the cabin would vbe ideal? Is this not effected if the heater is off?

Good point about when turning the heater off. You might have to take a tee off the back of the head, that feeds the heater and put another tee the other side of the heater, for a permanent source of hot water.

From memory the hose is 19mm but I think a managed to get 16mm hose over the fittings if you need to.
