Ford TDDI Bellhousing Pattern?

Anyone know what if a type 9 bellhousing will bolt to the 2L TDDI engine found in Mondeo's??

I've no evidence but as the same gearboxes are available between engines i'd expect it to be the mazda bellhousing - so there is an adapter out there ....... but you'll need some hefty mods for the box to be able to take the output from the engine.

i think the 2001 onwards transit rwd box would be better. fairly sure its the right fitment.

I think my 2001 Focus 1.8 tddi has a MTX75 gearbox which in theory will have the same bolt pattern as the RWD MT75 box, if this is true then the bolt pattern is the same as type 9...All in theory.
