Anyone see/heard of one of these engines?
I was looking for alternative engines yesterday and stumbled across this.
The site says it has been optimized to run on hydrogen, but can be used by many other types of fuel. What really caught my eye was their 2.1 liter 4
chamber engine. It has been estimated that it would produce 170 kW (around 230 hp, thank you google). This is nothing major except that the complete
engine minus the starter weighs in at a slim 65 kg!!
There is a lot of cool information regarding their design, offer up thoughts and opinions.
I'm not scared!!! I'm just marking my territory.

Probably the only downside is the same as with other 2 stroke designs, they are terribly inefficient from a fuel perspective. A lot of fuel is going
to be lost out of the exhaust port as its open as the new air/fuel mix is entering the engine.
Top marks for creativity though.

I don't see the difference with a regular direct injection 2 stroke engine. I only see downsides, like how to seal the piston, it will suffer
same seal problem as the rotaries, eg quick rebuilds needed.
