Release bearing removal - How?

I need to take the release bearing off the fork as I need to remove the bellhousing and replace an oil seal. The only thing is I can't remember how I fitted it (no comments please).

It is a Type 9 box fitted with a bellhousing to mate to a Redtop. The clutch fork is a Ford item as, I believe is the bearing.

So, any idea how I get the bearing out?

It just clips on,so all you need to do is lever it off with a screwdriver.

I had this issue the other week... had various bits of advice, but the only one that worked was a sharp tug!

Just came right off.

As said there's a couple of small spring clips either side of the bearing, try the (small) screwdriver approach first, sharp tug (!!) does work but if you don't pull it straight (!!) it could damage one or other of the clips.
