PINTO BIKE CARBS WATER PIPES

Hi, ive just made my manifold to take bike carbs for my pinto
Now do I need to run a pipe from it to the the outlet on the water pump via a header tank, or can i leave the manifold blank and run the pipe from the pump to the header tank?
Anyone done either?
Ray

Few pictures in my gallery, but you may get the drift from this one, no cooling issues at all.

The pipe you talk of used to run from the pump to the car heater then back to the inlet manifold.
Some people just blank it off as you suggest but it is known that you can get localised hot spots in the head if you block off the flow
