1.6 Zetec S Engine
Hi, im new to this site im off ZSOC a fiesta forum, this was recomended by Jon from Shawspeed. I have a Shawspeed'd ZS engine at 150BHP 1.6 are
these good engine to use in Kit cars? as im thinking of selling the engine for a new build!

Depends what you're after building? They are a drop in fit for a Meggt Mojo, a Sylva Riot SE and I think some Quantums too?
Edit: Look here for a MEV rocket with a 1.6 SE.
Revvy little engine and the ShawSpeed is well regarded, but a 2 litre Duratec or Zetec will give more power.
First dibs if you want to sell though please? (how much, where are you etc etc)

best 1600 engine to use, how old are you be careful as some people wont insure you with a 2.0 engine if your under 25 or 21,
no doubt you have seen my shawspeed kit car in the zsoc

1600se has better power torque curve when graphs laid ontop of each other, and is lighter, and parts easier to get and there are loads of them
