Got a type nine box and zetec attached can someone remind me what release bearing I need, I recall a Capri one being mentioned

any ideas where I can get one from, Ive been using the standard sierra one but appreciate that it wont be too long before I run out of travel for the clutch even though its a new clutch

I got one from our local motor factors here in Norwich no problem, just quote them the QH number and they'll know what you need
