well I have some flexibility but being a particularly small seven-type car the surface dimensions are quite limited (something around 50x40 cm), for
this reason I need a thick one: at least 10 cm...

you can get a brand new VW polo ali radiator from northern radiators for about £30. popular choice on here. don't know what you've already
got right enough.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Usual advice re rads is
"do you really need a bigger rad or do you need to improve airflow through the capious open nosecone of a 7?"
Sevens have a ridiclous amount of air flowing into the nosecone. Only problem is most of it goes round the rad. Channel it through the rad and
job's a good 'un unless you're running crazy Bhp....

And just as importantly get the airflow out.

The air goes into the nosecone just fine, but if there is a gap around the radiator most of it will just go round (path of least resistance).
As said you also need to let it out again after it's done it's job.
