Return spring with Hydraulic Cluch ? (ZX12)

Evening all.

Ive just spent a fairly frustrating day in the garage, trying to convert my ZX12 engine to hydraulic clutch.

I am using the Wilwood slave cylinder from Rally Design which works great, except that the clutch peddle doesn't easily return back to its neutral position.

Looking further into it, it looks like the spring on the clutch arm isn't now strong enough to return the slave cylinder (which is pull only) back to its start position. I was thinking of just adding an additional spring, but space is really tight and it would be a $%$$% of a thing to fit.

So i was thinking about adding some sort of strut/ram or spring under the clutch peddle instead. Has anyone else had a similar problem and come up with a simple fix?

Cheers
Tris

i struggled with mine also and in the end altered the pedal to use a cable. I used a renault 5 clutch cable (turbo is thicker) and cut it down and has worked great so far.

Sorry about my spelling, im an engineer and only work in numbers.
