Gearbox & Diff oil

am i ok to use castrol 80w-90 oil in the diff as its branded transmission oil?

For complete refills GL4 in the Gearbox but GL5 in the diff.

went to the motor factors and the guy gave me EP80w/90 GL5 when i asked for SAE90 for my diff. should be fine i think

I've alway used castrol in all my other cars before and I've got some for the dax's box/diff

but as above it must be GL4 for the box and GL5 for the diff

(btw - BGH recommend Comma stuff)
