My chain drive costs around 1k, so not a cheap option.
Road Runner Racing, converted an fiesta or escort diff I think, for the SR1 (Sprint R), but i believe they have stopped making the car now, but
probably worth a try to see if they are able to assist you - they might just have one lying around!
Failing that, i'm sure i read somewhere in new book from Chris Gibbs there are plans to convert something into Chain Drive, but its not out till
later this year.
But depends on what you budget is for this...

Make one?
Take and XR4i diff (viscous lsd)
Take it out of the case
Weld plates over the planet gears and add a grease nipple.
Buy a sprocket from Douglas at West Garage engineering
Buy two pillow block bearings to mount the output shafts.
I reckon around £300 DIY
  chain diff carrier
