Hi we sell a product called "Gizzmo" I know its a real stupid name, but does it work!!
Its easy to use, cheap to buy and you get 5 boost settings.
Hope this helps.

what ecu are you using at the moment?

A few of the common ones can control the boost for you (obviously via a suitable solonoid valve)

What wastegate are you using, and is it all in good nick, no sticking on the plunger if its an external one, or on the actuator if its an internal?

If theres a mechanical issue with the wastegate then nothing will control it right

take the turbo off and port and flow the wastegate. Its what i did when i ported my engine but ran the stock turbo.

You will often find that the wastegate cap is 2 or 3 mm biger in diameter than the hole, you can make the hole almost as big as the cap. The other thing you can do if you actuator is adjustable is slcaken the bar so the wastegate is a tiny bit open, it may help the spiking.

Pic of mine although its a twin scroll.
