Brute force! It's an interference fit on the sleeve therefore you need either a press or a big hammer,a mandrel and a vice.

I think you''ve got the wrong end of the stick unless I'm reading this wrong!
To remove the release bearing from the arm normally requires a good old tug or bit of persuasion from a flat blunt object between the bearing and the
arm. There are 2 slots that 'clip' into the 2 flat 'teeth' that are in the arm. I've seen mention of different designs
but all the ones I've seen have been of the 'persuasion' variety!'
Or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a
car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes
and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.

The technique I use is to flatten those two teeth mentioned using a thin bladed, short screwdriver behind the clutch release arm. The bearing should
then just slide out. To refit, carefully prise the teeth out again so that they engage with the arm when the bearing is pushed in again. Need to be
careful not to be too vicious with those teeth though or they'll snap off.
