2.0 zetec inlet (aluminiunm)
I am going to fit the standard 2.0 ecu but need an inlet manifold, i am restricted in space,
Option 1 Would the aluminium manifold from a 1.8 zetec fit on or do i need a sandwich place? Also would i be to cut this down to reduce the height?
Option 2 Use a t16 manifold and cut down to reduce heigh and use and adaptor?

Well if you get hungry during the built Subway can help...
T16 manifold will put the throttle body at the rear of the engine, unless you can cut and shut it to turn it round.
1.8 has a snadwich plate with the injector gubbins on it...
Not sure what you have in mind without a bit more info...

yep the fiesta / escort 1.6 + 1.8 alloy up and over manifolds both fit.
They have two bits, The injector plate and then the manifold.
There are three types. The Ho, So and an unmarked one.
Ho was on some xr3i's Rs1800 and is the 130 spec engine and has the largist ports and throttle body.
"So" was the 1.8 115 spec
Unmarked was the 1.6 and 105 ps 1.8 spec.
you will pay around £75 for a complete "HO" .And £20 for a "SO"
You can use the Mondeo 2.0 Throttle body but will need to change the linkage for an escort/ fiesta one. Its not a direct swap.
I am not a big fan of the rover manifold. its not that good a match.
or get the welder out
