Hayabusa Exhaust
Thinking of removing Mk,s exhaust and replacing with a bike one, so any feed back on other makes would be a help. Thanks

Hi Toniq,
Trying to fit a Bike exhaust to a Hayabusa isn't easy as the original bike had a 4 into 2 system. Using just one Hayabusa Muffler will severely
restrict the power.
I was looking to fit a Bike exhaust to my car due to the very loud original item and I used a silencer from an Aprilia Mile. the idea being that
whichever exhaust you choose, it has to be one that originally used just one silencer. the Aprilia exhaust has a 60mm entry from the front pipe which
was correct for my Megabusa. I had to cut and shut the exhaust at the front to get the angle right and fitted 2 elbows to the outlet to deflect the
heat away from the rear wheel arch. The results were a much quieter exhaust and no apparent power loss.

If it can't be fixed with a hammer then its probably an electrical problem.

Cheers may have to come up with a solution hopefully will find out if the supercharger will fit then new twin exhaust.

how about just getting one made up and mating it with one of the terignomi cans, they have a good range of sizes, could probably get one big enough
for a single pipe system.

If you are fitting a supercharger, then the exhaust will not necessarilly be any different as the supercharger will be driven off the crank and
attached to the throttle bodies. Do you mean a Turbocharger, as this will definately affect the exhaust and will be significantly different.
A twin system coming off a Turbocharger will be very difficult. A twin system coming off a Supercharger will be possible but complicated.
Why not stick to a 4 into 1 or 4-2-1.
If it can't be fixed with a hammer then its probably an electrical problem.
