Pinto to polo rad in a haynes chassis

Im putting together a shopping list for my cooling system
what hoses do i need and what header tank

i know the lengths will need working out for my rad to engine distance but a couple of pics would be cool to give me a starting point

This would sort one out, it worked well on my pinto water pump, loads of pictures as to how I plumbed mine. Make me an offer before it goes on the bay.

What we did is, fit the rad and engine, drew up a (very) rough sketch (not even sure we wrote it down) of the hoses we needed and went off to the local motor factors, they'd got some discontinued stock that we got for a real knockdown (£14 the lot IIRC) price, did the job and only had to buy a couple of small pieces at 'new' prices. Always worth asking.
