Diff Q?

Anyone know if a 7" push in diff can be converted to bolt on using the flanges from a 7.5"??

A friend of mine used push in shafts from a 7" diff, there are some clearance issues with the flange end touching the planet gear shaft, it can be made to fit with some machining
