CROSSFLOW

crossflow to type9, what parts are needed ie clutch release bearing etc, any part nos etc,thanks in advance

IIRC I use an early 1600 Sierra 5 speed clutch which copes with nearly 130BHP and 115lb ft torque

The crossflow used several Ford boxes, luckily the bell housing bolt pattern is the same, the clutch plate splines are not.
Sooo you need the Escort clutch that went on a Crossflow with the early Type 9 4 speed box.
Early type E boxes had 20 spline clutch plates, type 9, 23 spline

Like I said , early Sierra 5 speed clutch. Correct diameter plate to fit gearbox splines and correct diameter cover to fit the flywheel. I'tl cost you more if you mix and match
