Hi i should know this but do's a lotus 907 engine bolt to a type 9

There's usually a cheap Lotus gearbox or two on ebay and will bolt straight on!
Early Maxi based boxes go for peanuts, later Getrag boxes are more pricey but still cheaper than a type 9 plus a custom bell housing would work
out.

Might also be worth looking for a Jenson Healey box ,they used a Lotus 907 engine IIRC
