s2000 thermostat bypass tube, which pipe?

hi everyone. i am trying to sort the cooling system today and have been told i need to connect the top of the header tank to the thermostat bypass small tube! i have the s2000 workshop manual but there is no components with this name. is ther another name for this pipe? or is there some where else i can connect into? cheers
