Oil cap breather???
My oil filler cap has a breather from it, not a tube type just breaths from the side but on long journeys leaks oil from the top and down the engine
rocker cover, can I block these holes off? I have a oil breather with a can attached but thought the oil filler cap was sealed but found out it
breaths

As long as the rocker covers has a breather tube it should be fine to block the holes.
I eat to survive
I drink to forget
I breath to pi55 my ex wife off (and now my ex partner)

i have 3 breathers in mine, one from the sump up and two out to a catch tank, it does breath quite heavily though, prob not the best of things.
i would be against you just letting it breath out to air though, put a catch tank in then us motorcyclisty people wont have nasty little slips
