Snug fitting Radiator
I fitted my Rad at the weekend its from a Seat Leon (same as Polo mk 5) It has a core size of 430 X415 and it is a very snug fit under the nose
cone.
I quite like how it fits there's not much space above below or to the side to allow much air past, I was wondering however if it is to close,
when it warms up will it effect the GRP.
I can get my finger between but that's it.
Just wondered how much room you guys have got.

shouldn't be a problem, I would be thinking of a way to let the warm air out this will also help cooling of the engine bay
Life is like a bowl of fruit, funny how all the weird looking ones are left alone

Mines just the same, in fact at the top right (breather side) the breather tube does touch its that close but has been fine.
Cheers
