blacktop to T9
OK tried a search and found most the answers Im looking for. I have a blacktop 2.0 zetec being married to a T9. Im using the standard blacktop
flywheel and clutch. (Cheaper and easier as already got it, upgrade later)
Question is, as Im using the standard clutch and flywheel, what else is needed. Im ready to put engine and box in so if I need any other parts I need
to order them quick.
Thanks
Andy

you'll also need a spigot bearing for the zetec - this will mean removing the flywheel and clutch to fit it, so you'll need a new set of
flywheel bolts too - i'd recommend using ARP bolts for security.
I'd also recommend using a 1.8 zetec flywheel as its lighter and will spin up quicker. It'll take the 2lt clutch (i know as thats what i
used).
so:
spigot bearing
CT133 release bearing (thicker than the standard sierra item)
ARP flywheel bolts
you'll be good to go

Since when? theres a hole in the crank to fit a spigot bearing so no need to remove the flywheel

you're right. the memory aint what it used to be.......
still worth swapping for a 1.8 flywheel though. .
