Pre '95 Zetec

Have come a long way with bike carbs and zetec only to date engine and it's a 98 so nightmare emissions - don't really wanna swap at this stage or add a cat so thinking of a rebuild on a pre 95 block?

Anyone got one or the whole engine for sale?
