Not exactly environmentally friendly but I'm not aware of any alternatives to the drain.

With your old motor oil too!

Put it in a bottle and take it to the tip with your other stuff.

Even if it only goes in landfill (ask the guys where to put it) it's better in landfill than in a storm drain that ends up in a river poisoning the water or down a foul drain and having to be cleaned at the sewage plant, or just contaminating our drinking water!

Recycling center should be able to help or failing that try your local garage .
