hydraulic or cable clutch?

i'd go hydraulic, get the kit from rally design, and a clutch plate from a 2.3 diesel sierra. only difficult bit is which spacer you'll need for the clutch cylinder

Xe clutch plate
Ford friction plate
Ford release bearing
Rs2000 clutch fork
Vauxhall flywheel bearing.

Yuk from yukspeed can supply all these parts. Bit expensive mind.

Think it's something to do with the alloy belhousing and clutch throw. I ended up with hydraulic clutch which was much easier than trying to get clutch arms to fit etc

No idea on them. Just go with cheapest main dealer. Yukspeed do them and yuk is very helpful.

Rwd Motorsport say to use the RS2000 clutch fork and bearing.

I know for sure that the standard Sierra one does not fit.

Depends if there's a danger of twatting the sump on a bump. I have a caterham shortened sump.

Cheap way is to get the 8v steel sump and chop it down.
